Guest contribution by Alexis Bonari

I would love to have seen the faces of the twelve disciples when Jesus, the Son of God, leaned over to wash their feet as He explained in John 13, that "a servant is not greater than his master, nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him." Jesus goes on to say "If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them." To me, this is a great example of leadership and its true meaning. What makes a great leader? Who better to consult than the greatest leader ever, Jesus Christ.

If you or your organization wants to achieve greatness, you too must engage in Deliberate Practice.

Another way to ask the question is this: "Does allegiance to God and the Bible repress the expression of our inner self or does it free us to express our true selves?

Leadership Through Questions

I heard a great statement yesterday at one of the ABHE workshops by Roy King. He said, "Good leadership has more to do with asking the right questions than it does with finding the right answers." I agree
